I love watching films about men trying to do something profound, failing, and in their failure learning something even greater about themselves or life.  That is what every Wes Anderson film has been and that is what I love about them.  All of the quirky sensibilities that inform Anderson’s work is perfectly suited for the stop-motion animation medium.  Voice performances by some of my favorite actors and a charming story by Roald Dahl makes this nothing short of fantastic.
